While same-day bookings are possible for simple pick-up and drop-off services (2-4 hours in advance), weekend dates often book months ahead. We recommend securing your reservation as early as possible to ensure availability.
What Happens if I Need to Cancel My Reservation?
We offer a no-hassle full refund up to 7 days before your scheduled reservation. Cancellations within 7 days receive a refund minus a 20% fee. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of booking.
Is Alcohol Provided?
You'll need to provide your own alcohol unless specifically requested. This ensures everyone gets exactly what they want while helping us keep our rates reasonable.
When Does the Clock Start for My Hourly Booking?
The hourly rate begins when the vehicle arrives at the pickup point at the scheduled time, not upon departure. Be ready to board at your appointed time!
Party Bus Policies

Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the vehicle. The driver can accommodate smoke breaks when requested.
Cleanliness Policy
A $500 cleanup fee applies for vomiting incidents due to biohazard procedures. If you feel ill, alert the driver immediately.

Your card will be charged for any damages. Don't stand on seats, pull at screens, or bring sharp objects that could damage upholstery.
Personal Belongings
